Shipping policy
GENTLEFOLK operates from Melbourne, Australia. All orders are dispatched Monday through Friday within two business days of placement.
Domestic Shipping
We ship Australia-wide via tracked delivery. Estimated transit times once dispatched:
- Melbourne & surrounds — 1 to 2 business days
- Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane — 2 to 4 business days
- Perth, Darwin, regional areas — 5 to 8 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven't received tracking details within two business days of your order, contact us at [your email].
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Gentlefolk is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
